These Terms and Conditions govern the use of RSC Group services including insourcing and outsourcing employment.
Insource Employment Terms:
- Your passport may be held in company custody during your employment period.
- One-month resignation notice is mandatory; failing which, one month’s salary will be deducted.
- Absence without valid reason may lead to 3 days’ salary deduction.
- Probation period is 1 month; if you leave within this time, a fee of AED 1000 is payable.
- 30-day prior notice is required before vacation or resignation.
- Your sponsorship remains under your current company, unless otherwise arranged.
Outsource Employment Terms:
- The company is not liable if the employee leaves work without valid reason.
- The company is not responsible for unlawful acts or external conflicts involving the employee.
- Once deployed, RSC Group is not responsible for further placement or company-related issues.
- Candidates must follow rules of the hiring company strictly.
Refund and Relocation Clause:
- Initial Deployment: By signing, you acknowledge being assigned to your first job field.
- No Refund or Relocation: After starting the first job, you cannot request a refund or reassignment.
- Legal Action: Failure to complete job duties or early departure can result in legal consequences.
Acknowledgment Clause:
By engaging with RSC Group services, you confirm:
- You understand the Initial Deployment and Refund clause.
- Once deployed, no further relocation or refund will be requested.
- AED 1000 office fee is charged, which is non-refundable.
Changes to Policy
RSC Group may update these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of any updates.
